I Praise You

**Forgot to post one yesterday.  Still feeling the blessings!**

Do you ever wake up with an overwhelming feeling of blessings?  I pray you do.  This morning I woke up with a full heart. 

 Don't get me wrong.  There are plenty of mornings I wake up grumpy, mean, irritable, just plan rotten.  Hubby is shaking his head right now in agreement.  Since children, I find myself waking up with joy more often than not.  My parents are rejoicing right now.  Why?  My bad days are a force to be reckoned with... OK - I've gotten off topic.  Back to the good!

This morning I woke up feeling refreshed and anew.  I am confident it is God working in my heart and not the 3 hour season finale of Bachelor Pad I stayed up too late watching.  Yes, I am one of "those" people:)

The Lord has blessed our family with so much.  We have a roof over a head, food on the table, good health and most of all the Promise and Salvation we do not deserve.

My prayer this morning is that you too will find yourself waking up more mornings feeling blessed and thankful for all that you have.  I am finding it a great way to start my always chaotic day.

"I Praise you for I am fearfully and wonderfully made your works are wonderful I know that full well" Psalm 139:14

So True!

Is it just me, or have you ever read a blog post and found your head nodding in agreement the whole time?  That's what happened to me when reading this post.  Everything she says is SO TRUE!  If you know someone with a newborn or about to have a baby - take note!!  I couldn't have said it any better.

Newborn/One Year

We had the pleasure of working with Bridgett Boyarovsky at Photography by bb to capture the first days of Little Sister and One Year mark of Big Sister.  

I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

I am sure my mom is the only one still reading at this point.. Hi Mom!  

I can't stop looking at these pictures.  I must say, these girls are OH SO CUTE!

Easy Peasy Dinner for a Busy Family

I found this recipe today on one of my favorite food blogs, literally, a spoonful.  It was easy, quick, healthy and Delicious.   

Let me tell you, it is difficult to find dinner ideas that a. I would like (I am extremely picky) b. is quick c. I can prepare most ahead of time d. not expensive e. healthy f. a one year old will eat.  That's a laundry list of "Needs" if I have ever seen one! 

Well folks, this dinner idea has it all.  I am one happy mamma with a full tummy. If you are in the neighborhood for a go-to dinner - here it is!

I'm worn out just typing up the list!  My 27th year of life was filled with highs and lows.  I am looking forward to the adventures the Lord has for us in my 28th year.  

Just no more babies.  My body needs a little break! At least for a year ;)
